CODE OF CONDUCT

(For artists, volunteers, and participants)

Christway is committed to creating safe, uplifting, Christ-centered environments where community and outreach can flourish. To protect that mission and the people we serve, all participants agree to the following Code of Conduct:

Respect & Integrity

• Treat all individuals with dignity, courtesy, and respect.
• Avoid harassment, bullying, intimidation, or hateful behavior of any kind.
• Honor boundaries set by Christway leadership, volunteers, and event staff.

Lifestyle & Representation

• Refrain from promoting or displaying explicit content, violence, drug use, profanity, or material opposed to Christway’s mission while involved with Christway events or media.
• Conduct yourself in a way that reflects positively on Christway and the communities we engage.

Safety

• Follow all safety guidelines during events, filming, traveling, and outreach.
• Do not bring weapons, illegal substances, or hazardous items to any Christway activity.
• Report unsafe conditions or concerns immediately to leadership.

Event & Production Standards

• Respect schedules, call times, instructions, and boundaries set by Christway staff.
• Maintain professionalism whether performing, filming, volunteering, or attending.
• Do not disrupt or undermine Christway events, teams, or productions.

Accountability

• Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in removal from events, filming, or future participation.
• Christway leadership reserves the right to deny participation to protect the community and mission.
